Lakehood is an online ecommerce retailer specializing in Minnesota lake-life apparel, accessories, and related products featuring lakes, bays, towns, communities, and lake-inspired designs.

Lakehood operates as an online retailer and does not operate a public retail storefront.

Many of our apparel and accessory products are produced on demand after an order is placed. We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers, to manufacture, package, and ship certain products directly to customers.

Lakehood remains the seller from whom you are purchasing and is your point of contact for questions or concerns regarding your Lakehood order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, available product images, size information, color selection, and other product details before completing an order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or product variants at any time.

4. Made-to-Order and Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain Lakehood products are produced specifically after a customer places an order rather than being stored as finished inventory.

We use third-party production and fulfillment providers, including print-on-demand providers such as Printful, to produce and ship certain products.

As a result:

• Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

• Products within the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately.

• Shipping origin may vary depending on the fulfillment facility used for the order.

• Production and delivery times may vary based on product type, destination, fulfillment capacity, carrier conditions, and other circumstances.

Estimated processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.

Use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not change the customer's relationship with Lakehood. Customers should contact Lakehood directly regarding their Lakehood orders.

5. Product Availability

Product availability displayed on our website is subject to change.

Because certain products are produced through third-party fulfillment providers, a particular size, color, garment, or product may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

We do not guarantee that every product, design, color, or size will remain available indefinitely.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
